The LILAC Integrated Accounting Ledger software allows the user to build an electronic copy of a warehouse scenario providing for 30,000 different pallet, or product locations.

The Warehouse Manager module provides geographical control, layout management, and stock tracking in large warehouse situations.

All product movement and stock levels are integrated with the LILAC accounting database through barcode scanning or manual data entry.

Labels and barcodes are printed on-site by the software.

Templates for labels and barcodes are established for individual products, cartons containing multiple products, and pallets carrying mixed cartons and products.
WiFi laser scanners communicate dynamically on-line with the LILAC database, allowing products to be received into warehouse locations, moved from location to location, and despatched outbound, by simply scanning the barcode on the racking, and the barcode on the product, carton, or pallet.

LILAC carton labels are formatted to the EAN-128 standard for consistency and compatibility with external logistic systems.

The barcode encodes the product ID, the number of items in the carton, etc.
