Refurbish is necessary to associate Product Codes to Vehicles, and vice versa, Vehicles to Product Codes.
Meaning that the Product Code will point to a Vehicle, and the Vehicle will point to a Product Code, in a reverse lookup context, where both starting points for look and establish a connection.

Once used, this button will establish and save the relationship.
Where a new Product Code is added, or, there is an edit to Group, Make, Model, Body, From, or To, in relation to a Product Code... this document should be used to update the association.

The refurbish process runs automatically over night as a background process, keeping Product Code and Vehicle associations up to date. The 'Refurbish' button from the ribbon can be used manually, ie immediately following the addition a of new product, or edits made to a the settings of a Product Code as referred to above.
