This document provides the ability to establish a Vehicle Model and Model Name, associated with a pre-established Vehicle Make.

In the situation where a User is prevented from adding a new Make and Model use the 'Refurbish' button to eliminate any duplicates, ie ABARTH with a blank Model Code on occasions needs to be eliminated with the 'Refurbish' button.
